Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your JungleStreet gear.

**Returns:**  
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

**Refunds:**  
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (minus shipping costs).

**Exchanges:**  
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return your item and place a new order.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective.
